Although I’m pining for the high fells, I’ve taken the opportunity to continue to explore closer to home - including the long-distance trail that runs just a short hop from my front door!
The Salford Trail is a 50-mile route around the City of Salford, broken down into ten stages. I’m documenting each stage on my YouTube channel, starting with stage six, for no reason other than it is the nearest stage to where I live! I’ll add each episode to my Salford Trail playlist as I complete them.
I hope you enjoy watching - there are (obviously) no high mountains on the Salford Trail but it is a surprisingly varied route with far more countryside than you might expect.
